Robert Mackey - CEO

Robert is the CEO and brains behind our core technology. Building his first porotype in his closet during his off time from school and work, he produced his first strawberry plant. With this new capability he formed the SynthLeaf team and began forming the company.

Maxwell Devers - CFO

From York Pennsylvania, Maxwell was born and raised in the world of business. Max handles outreach and funding making everything SynthLeaf strives for possible.

Adam Schneider - COO

Our COO working out of Auburn, Alabama, Adam was brought into to SynthLeaf when his longtime friend, Robert, approached him at a Waffle House. Believing in the mission statement proposed to him, he joined as the team manager and lead organizer.
